How to install accessible handrails

There are various types of accessible handrails and their installation methods are also different. But they all have commonalities. Because most accessible handrails have similar structural components. They are all composed of PVC panels and aluminum alloy lining, as well as supports and seals. The general steps are as follows:
1. Place a horizontal line on the wall (usually 80-90cm from the bottom of the handrail to the ground) to fix the support on the wall. The fixed position of the support starts at 25cm from the door frames on both sides and is evenly distributed around 80cm. Measure the actual length between the door frames, then subtract 16cm from the actual length (length of two elbows), and cut off the aluminum alloy lining.
1. Find holes in the corresponding support positions on the aluminum alloy lining and fix them on the wall.
2. Install elbows on aluminum alloy profiles and leave a certain gap for easy adjustment. Gently install the support onto the aluminum alloy profile. Install it on the wall, place it horizontally and tighten the screws.
After fixing the aluminum alloy profile, measure the distance between the elbows on both sides, and then cut the PVC panel (both ends of the material should be neatly cut before the PVC panel is cut, and the PVC panel is lined with aluminum alloy) with a PVC cover. Use a file to trim the interface position between the two ends of the cover and the elbow.
